The Bizon Rekord stood at the top of Poland’s homegrown combine harvester range in the 1980s and 1990s, offering farmers more power, more capacity, and more comfort than earlier models. Built by Fabryka Maszyn Żniwnych in Płock, it was designed to tackle the largest fields and longest harvest days while maintaining the rugged simplicity that made the Bizon name a staple across Eastern Europe.

The Rekord featured a high-capacity header—often over 5 meters wide—allowing operators to cover substantial acreage in a single pass. Its upgraded threshing drum and cleaning system handled wheat, rye, barley, rapeseed, and more with precision, producing clean grain samples even in challenging conditions. A generously sized grain tank meant fewer unloading stops, keeping the harvest moving efficiently.

At the heart of the Bizon Rekord was a powerful diesel engine, delivering the torque needed to drive both the harvesting mechanism and the self-propelled chassis through heavy crops. The enclosed, sound-dampened cab with large panoramic windows offered improved operator comfort—reducing fatigue during long shifts—while intuitive controls kept machine operation straightforward. The reinforced chassis and robust mechanical systems meant the Rekord could withstand season after season of hard use.
