We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return.

4. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Note: Products showing signs of excessive wear, damage not present upon delivery, or missing original components may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of return.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

Click "Request return".

Await Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Broken Items: If the return is due to a defective or broken product, the buyer will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost. Please retain proof of shipping cost for reimbursement.

Other Returns (e.g., Exchange, Change of Mind, Wrong Size): For returns not due to a defective or broken product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. motowear does not provide return shipping labels for these types of returns. Original shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
7. Restocking Fees

There is no restocking fee for returns.
8. Refund Method and Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Refund Method: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

9. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
10. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
11. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
