To ensure reliable and secure delivery, we partner with reputable cross-border courier companies experienced in delivering to your area, but we mainly rely on Packeta. The specific carrier used will depend on your destination country.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country.

For shipping to pick-up points across the Czech Republic, prices start from 99 Czech Koruna (CZK).

For home delivery within the Czech Republic, prices start from 149 Czech Koruna (CZK).

For shipping to other European Union countries, prices start from 9 EUR.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Our total estimated delivery time combines processing and shipping:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery to EU destinations generally takes 3-5 business days.
Therefore, the total estimated delivery time from order placement to delivery is 4-7 business days.
While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, including a link to the carrier's tracking website, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress.
5. VAT and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website for deliveries within the European Union include the standard Polish Value Added Tax (VAT) of 23%.
For orders shipped within the EU, you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, is the final price you pay. Prices will be shown in Czech Koruna (CZK) for customers in the Czech Republic, and may be displayed in EUR (€) for other EU countries. In the rare event of any unexpected local fees unrelated to customs or import duties, these would be the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or repeated absence of the recipient), it may be returned to us. In such instances, additional charges for re-shipping may apply. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or discuss alternative solutions.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Should your shipment be lost or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at shop@motowear.store. For damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include your order details along with relevant photos of the damaged packaging and its contents. We will work diligently with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
